On Farm Butchering

  • Beef: $4.5/kg(carcass weight, no extra fees, sausages included)

  • Lambs/Goats: $105/head (min. 4)

  • $135/hd for boning/rolling,

  • $135/hd for rams/uncrutched/unshorn

  • Min 10 needed for Sausage

  • Additional:

  • Cool room hire: $35/night

  • Travel: $1.9km ( 1 way 1 time only, from Greenthorpe)

  • All prices plus GST

Our service includes slaughter, butchering, and quality freezer bags & labels supplied. Please note, help packing and a mains power source for the cool room are needed.
